3. Customer Responsibilities

- Arrange safe, clear, and unobstructed access to both the origin and destination addresses, including elevators, loading areas, stairwells, parking, and any required building permits or approvals.
- Inform us in advance of any items that are fragile, high-value, oversized, or require special handling procedures.
- Comply with all laws, local regulations, and building rules applicable to the move.
- Confirm that you are the legal owner of all goods being moved, or that you hold the owner’s full and explicit authority to authorize their transport.
4. Exclusions and Prohibited Items
We reserve the right to refuse to transport certain categories of items, including but not limited to:
- Hazardous, flammable, explosive, or chemical substances
- Illegal items or materials prohibited under applicable law
- Perishable goods, live animals, or plants, unless we have explicitly agreed to their transport in writing
If prohibited items are included in a shipment without our prior knowledge or consent, you will bear full liability for any damages, fines, penalties, or costs that result.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in your estimate or booking confirmation. Unless a different arrangement is agreed upon in writing, a deposit is generally collected prior to the move date, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the Services.
Additional charges may apply for services or conditions not covered by the original quote, including but not limited to extra labor time, additional stops, extended carries, stair access, waiting time, or changes to the agreed inventory.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Upon delivery, you are required to inspect all items and record any visible damage on the delivery documentation before signing. Claims for concealed damage must be submitted to us in writing within the time period specified in your documentation.
