General Moving and Storage was created out of frustration with an industry where unreliable crews, hidden fees, and poor communication had become the norm. People were being let down at one of the most demanding moments in their lives — and there was no good reason for it.

We set out to do things differently. That meant investing in trained movers, maintaining proper equipment, building a scheduling process that actually works, and holding the team accountable to a standard that treats every customer's home and time with genuine respect.
